There are many ways to get plugged in to what we're doing at Harvest Church.
Small groups (Harvest Groups) are a great way to connect to other people. You can build friendships around common interests, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith. Click here to be directed to our Harvest Group Website to see what groups are available this term. You do not have to be a member of Harvest to join a Harvest Group.
You can also get involved by serving with us in a ministry at Harvest. The first step to begin serving in ministry is to become a church member. You can begin this process by attending our OnRamp Membership Class. At our OnRamp Class your learn more about the history of Harvest and where God is leading us as church. You'll get to meet the leadership team and enjoy a great meal together. At the end of the class there is an opportunity to apply for membership. After applying for membership you'll meet with one of the pastors. There you'll be able to share more about your passions and where you see yourself serving. The pastors will strategize with you the best way for you to get plugged into your areas of interest. To learn more about OnRamp, please click here.
We believe that everyone is called to minister (serve). Our desire is to equip every member of Harvest Church with spiritual tools and practical training that will allow us to effectively minister to people together.
Our approach to ministry training is four-fold:
2 - Do It With Us - This allows us to walk along side of you as you serve. Doing ministry alongside a leader provides a place for you to grow and learn with direct oversight.
3 - We Watch You Do It - As you continue to grow in leadership and gain the "DNA" of Harvest, you will then be released into ministering on your own as we observe.
4 - You Do It - In this step, you are released to serve at Harvest.
*Each part of this four-fold process is lead with Pastoral oversight.
